By using any service operated by Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") under the CallCenterUSA brand, including receiving automated text message notifications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact your administrator to be removed from the service.
CallCenterUSA, operated by Silver Rock Enterprises Inc., provides secure messaging and automated notification services for healthcare professionals and medical answering services. These services may deliver time-sensitive alerts, operational notifications, status updates, and other informational messages to authorized recipients via SMS text messaging, push notifications, email, or voice call through the SecureLinx platform.
By being enrolled as a recipient in the CallCenterUSA SecureLinx notification service, you agree to receive automated text messages to the mobile number provided.
Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all major US wireless carriers.
Recipients are enrolled by an authorized administrator within our systems. By providing your mobile phone number to an administrator and accepting enrollment, you provide express written consent to receive automated text messages from Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. and its affiliated services operating under the CallCenterUSA brand.
You may revoke your consent and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by contacting your administrator.
CallCenterUSA operates a HIPAA-compliant secure messaging platform. SMS text messages sent by our system contain no protected health information (PHI). All PHI is accessible only through the authenticated SecureLinx application. SMS messages are limited to generic notification alerts directing users to open the app.
Our notification services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we strive for reliable and timely delivery, we do not guarantee that messages will be delivered without delay or interruption. Delivery is dependent on wireless carrier networks and other factors beyond our control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use our notification services, including but not limited to delayed or failed message delivery.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
