Program Description

CallCenterUSA SMS Alerts is a messaging service that notifies healthcare professionals when urgent or emergency secure messages are waiting in the SecureLinx app. Messages are sent by CallCenterUSA, operated by Silver Rock Enterprises Inc.

Consent

By providing your mobile phone number through the CallCenterUSA SecureLinx platform, or by having an authorized administrator enable SMS alerts on your account, you consent to receive automated text messages from Silver Rock Enterprises Inc. operating under the CallCenterUSA brand.

Consent is not a condition of service — your organization can disable SMS alerts at any time.

What Messages You'll Receive

You will receive SMS text messages alerting you to urgent and emergency secure messages. Messages contain no patient information or protected health information (PHI).

Example messages:

"CallCenterUSA Alert: You have an urgent secure message waiting. Open the SecureLinx app to view. Reply STOP to opt out."

"CallCenterUSA Emergency: You have an emergency secure message requiring immediate attention. Open the app now. Reply STOP to opt out."

Message Types

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on service and operational conditions. You will receive an SMS only when an urgent or emergency secure message is delivered to your SecureLinx account. Typical frequency: 0-10 messages per day.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any CallCenterUSA message to opt out of SMS alerts. You will receive a one-time confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

You may re-subscribe at any time by replying START or by contacting your system administrator.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include but are not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and all major US wireless carriers.

We will not sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any information collected through SMS communications to any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
